Ever since 2020, you guys have really gone downhill and there is no excuse anymore frankly for it. Open the dining room, stop being rude and get products in. Completely and utterly ridiculous. This place needs all new management.

This Dunkin' has to be the worst I've ever been to. During the beginning of covid they had the dining room open and now after over a year they lock the doors causing outrageous lines. I've ordered on the app and get there and I'm told the oven is down and I'm offered the cheapest item on the menu to compensate for the $5 sandwich I ordered. They're always out of medium and large cups. The drinks are disgusting and they don't even mix the drinks and half the time it looks like I'm getting mostly milk. I've gave them one last chance this past Saturday and needless to say they dropped the ball once again....
