I go to Dunkin Donuts twice a week early morning. You get 3 stars because I love your coffee. The crew never smiles and they're not very patient. Today I went back later about 8 a.m., there was 1 lady who was pleasant and wanted to make sure I was helped. The guy who took my order couldn't answer me when asked what the difference was between the Holiday Blend and Regular. His response was "I don't know. I don't drink coffee."

5 times I have stopped by between 10 am -11am for a Sweet Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and 5 times I got nothing. 4 times the ovens were down for cleaning and once I was told they stopped serving breakfast ( it was 10: 08 am).

Coffee was typical Dunkin coffee (very good). Staff and manager were HORRIBLE! Rude, would not honor Dunkin's Wednesday special, and had horrible attitude (manager). Glad I was only passing through traveling from Chicago to Phoenix
