First time to come here and it was a horrible experience, The custom service was not it. I didn't get her name but it seems from the most recent review that she just started working. She didn't have any patience, she got my order wrong three times. When I received my hot coffee it didn't even taste like coffee. It felt more like water. It was horrible. Please work on your customer service more.

The visit to Dunkin' Donuts was good as we got hot coffee and used the coupons. The bad was there were no outside lights. All three lights were out and that made the parking lot dark. Those that know this area know it's not a good thing after dark. This will slow down traffic coming in after sunset. We were the only customers in there at the time.
