Shore was dirty and was sold out of many popular items. Also staff had chin diapers on instead of masks. Would not recommend.

It is rare for me to come across a one star establishment, but unfortunately this Dunkin' in Potomac Yard Center has fully earned it. This location has been extremely slow on multiple visits recently. It never used to be this way, so it seems as though there as been a change that has caused this. Until they can get their efficiency back, I have gone back to visiting the other big coffee chain in this same shopping plaza. In general, Dunkin Donuts needs to get up to speed on their mobile ordering and making it advantageous for customers to use mobile. They are letting their main competitor get a competitive advantage in this area with concept stores that display when your order is ready. This location is sorely in need of a similar method of communication to let customers know when orders are ready and hopefully help with the timeliness of orders as wel...
