The store is in a good spot for business, but cannot handle the load. Use the online system to order? You'll get 1 part and wait for everything else. Fulfilling orders is mismanaged- I've gone multiple times only to have to wait 10 minutes for someone to put a donut in a bag to complete the order.(nothing like a cold wrap and coffee to get 1 donut). One worker had mask on lips while nose fully uncovered. One other had no mask. Most workers (teens) are nice, but a business lesson is needed for all others

I got an iced mocha latte and they forgot the coffee. So I got a large chocolate milk and had to go home and brew my own coffee to add it to my drink.

I always come to this Dunkin' because it is the only one close to me, I usually always have problems with them, but I still continue to get my iced coffees because that's at least consistent! My only big complaint is I came in recently and ordered a sandwich I ate some and found a fly in it about half way through. To be honest it's an honest mistake and flys what can I say are gonna get in food it was gross, but I went back and just asked for some donuts instead and the lady who helped me was genuinely so sweet and apologized when not necessary. She is always super sweet and works at the window taking orders and handing them out. My other issue is every time I go to this Dunkin' they're somehow out of donuts? It's literally a shop for donuts and I come around 3/4 in the afternoon. I know it's later in the day, but I don't see how you can be out of half your donuts. Besides that it's gotten a little better this past month.
