i placed an order on doordash at 3, saying food would be here by 3:25ish, and the dasher was waiting at the store for a while, and it finally got brought at about 335-340ish, and didn’t get to my house until about 4pm, and they gave me cheese and egg bagel sandwiches instead of english muffins.

this place really is bad. I ordered a matcha Ice latte and they did not stir it well, it tasted only like milk and the only thing they did was get angry and justify themselves that this is when they have done it well other times, the manager is not responsible

I just downloaded the Dunkin' Donuts app and I'm trying to navigate how to use it! So far is pretty simple :-) I had an offer for a two dollar iced coffee today, and I went through the drive-through to see if I could get it in decaf. When I got to the window they told me they were out of decaf! The girl that took my order felt terrible, and she didn't give me a donut :-) even though I did not get my decaf iced coffee, I was really impressed with the outstanding customer service for Maddie. Thank you Duncan, I'm looking forward to getting my ice decaf, but thank you for the great service at the window!
