Other dunkins by default give you sweetened flavors but this one only gives you unsweetened unless you ask for it and consistently burn the bacon, fast service but not consistent

I order a sweetened iced (or hot) tea with cream regularly from dunkin. I have been ordering it like this at probably dozens of dunkin's for 10+ years. Never once have I been told "I'm not allowed to make it like that because it doesn't come like that". What? I mentioned that iced coffee doesn't come with cream, but I can add it to that, and he said, "well that's different". The guy was nice so I'm still giving 3 stars but a pain when you're in the car and have to pull over, open, and put in 4 things of cream into your own tea. I honestly would love to know WHY this ONE location just CAN'T put cream in my drink.
