Placed a pick up. Staff was very rude and tried to rush me off the phone. Arrived a couple minutes after estimated pick up time, food wasn’t ready. Staff began talking about me while patiently waiting. Manager came out with my order and asked why I arrived so early even though I came AFTER the suggested time. Got home and the food was absolutely disgusting.

Wow! The amount of food you get for your money is very generous. I had beef sandwich which was so packed I couldn't close bun. Very tasty with sweet peppers. 2 others in group got burgers and they couldn't finish. Good flavor on all.

Terrible! This durbins location is not good, we go to locations Tinley, hickory hills, and Burbank which are all terrific service and always amazing pizza. This location is lacks in customer service skills, and the pizza is never as good as other locations.For example, tonight I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was dry, hard, overcooked with not enough sauce or cheese. I called the location once I got it home and saw it, lady answers the phone and tell her about my dissatisfaction and she just says "well, what's wrong with it? Oh, well I will let em know"That's not what you do, follow it up with something. Maybe can I make you another pizza or next time you come in I will give you a discount.Feel free to reach out durbins of Frankfort and make it right, but you have to do something about the customer service at this location. I have read other reviews of the terrible customer service there also so I'm not the only one.
