I have been to many Dutch Bros Coffee locations throughout the years, and even though I do not like their coffee much (it's okay and does the job when required, I drink it straight black), the employees and hyper focus on customer service is something other companies would do well in modeling themselves after. Every location in Oregon and Northern California that I've been to is the same, really amazing customer service with employees who genuinely appear to be glad to provide you with outstanding customer service. That is why I give Dutch Bros Coffee a five star. They are keeping customer service alive at a corporate level. Way-to-go!
