We really enjoyed our dinner experience at Dynasty Chinese Restaurant in Johns Creek. My parents liked this place so much, they're considering bringing our relatives from Asia here when they're in town for my wedding, even if this place is 30+ minutes from town. This restaurant serves a wide variety of authentic Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine. The head chef is Taiwanese. Dynasty is located in the large North Bridges Shopping Center (Aldi, Goodwill) at the big intersection of State Bridge and Jones Bridge Roads. This is a simply-decorated, fairly no-frills Chinese restaurant that is great for families and groups of all sizes. They have four eight-person round tables with Lazy Susans (rotating trays) and banquette seating along the walls. The owner told us she could accommodate up to 90 in the dining room. The dinner menu features over 175 dishes which run the gamut from Shanghai fried tofu ($5.99) to Taiwanese vermicelli with shredded pork ($10.99). They offer all sorts of Chinese and Taiwanese appetizers, soups, noodle and rice bowls/dishes, and pork, chicken, duck, beef, lamb, seafood, tofu, vegetable, and even frog entrees.
