The Veggie Combo, which we took out, was delicious as usual. There were 2 things that tempered our experience. First, when I placed the order, I asked for no salad dressing on the salad and got no salad instead. Second, most of the staff were either not wearing masks or were wearing them below their nose.

For over a decade my family has shopped and dined with the wonderful people here. When our children turned 3 & 5 I started taking them for mommy daughter time to sip spice tea (without caffeine), listen (and sometimes dance) to the music they have playing on the screens, and eat the best Ethiopian food in the city. They are so kind and caring that our daughters often ask if we can go see their "aunties and uncles" at their favorite restaurant. Having lived in this city my whole life I have eaten at every Ethiopian restaurant here and nobody can compare to the depth and richness of flavor, generous portion sizes, and absolute love you can taste and feel when you enjoy this soul-nourishing food. I highly recommend the amazing vegetable combo and/or meat combo to start and picking up some tea, dates, spices, music and other high quality imports on the way out.
