This is my first time ever writing a review for a restaurant. I had a loyal card for this restaurant because I celebrated my son 1st birthday and I paid over 1200$. The benefits for royal card would be 500$ you paid, you would get 500 points equal to 50$ saving in that card, and those points will never expire. Since I got that card, I spent over 400$, equal to 400 points, and I recently supported it by spending over 300$ because it is local restaurant during COVID-19. One time, I asked the staff how much money I saved, and the lady told me I have 70$ something. But today, I tried to use my saving, and the staff told me I only had 151 points equal to 15.1$. I was so shocked, and told the staff that you guy cheated on me. I will never support it. It is East Harbor restaurant at TV highway. You guys should watch out.
