I find East Star to be consistently good, especially their seafood. Crawfish is not overcooked but seasoning could be better if they use a Cajun seasoning. Sashimi slices are abundant along with Maki sushi. Calamari is tender and breading is crispy and flavorful. Fried chicken wings are excellent and fries are better than most buffets.
