I think there are many ways to dissect the food experience here. It's a Burger forward place, with a few non-burger options.  It's designed to the be family friendly version of Eden Hill (one of my favorites pre-pandemic).   What I love about this place, is the seating.  On a sunny day, there is just enough of a breeze that even the warmest day, feels nice.  I haven't experienced the rainy day seating, but I'm guessing it's not as fun.   Ordering... usually do that as soon as I find parking nearby.  Their food prep doesn't take very long, and now that I'm thinking about it, seems as fast as any "fast food", except it tastes a few hundred times better.   I normally get the Big Max (without the bun).. which is their take on a fast food classic of a similar name.  Their patties are meaty.. it's texture has depth, with pockets various flavors with each bite.  The fries are shoestring, and tasty.  Their Ketchup has zing, and the sauces make you dream, like when you were a child again.   The chicken nuggets.. well.. something about it, makes you wonder what exactly they have done to the bird to make it taste like it does... it's like a chicken meatball, pressed into the shape of a mini-hockey puck, then d...

They have the best brussel sprouts I have ever had. Such a unique and delicious flavor combination. Their fries and fry sauce was also pretty good. I got the fried chicken sandwich and I liked it, but it wasn't phenomenal like the brussels were. I would absolutely come back just for those. Super cute outdoor seating area too. Lots of space!

With hamburgers more popular than Billie Eilish, we finally got around to doing take out from Eden Hill Provisions.   Since we wanted our fries "extra crispy with no salt," we had to wait a while even though we pre-ordered.  There's an assembly line approach at Eden Hill Provisions because of their popularity, and we swerved from the template.  In Seattle, stepping off the template is akin to an insurrection.  Eden Hill Provisions was very busy, and the conveyer belt system was probably necessary.  The burgers are very good, but not the very best.  That title is reserved for Sobelmans in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Raoul's in Soho, NYC. However, I would do Eden Hill again, but its popularity in Seattle must be for something inexplicable to this transplant. There are many things about Sea...
