Twice this establishment has let me down. The first I let slide. I placed an order for a 930am pick up because I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. They called me at 937 to let me know they had not even started it yet. I had to cancel my order because I need to be somewhere at 1000. If they have an order pickup time of 900 or 930 they should probably go in before to make sure these orders are ready. Now I have to scramble around to find something else to bring, which if they told me yesterday I could have prepared.

Excellent Customer Service!! Matt was very helpful in placing my order over the phone all the way from Jersey for same day delivery to St. Luke hospital. I originally called in with something in mind but he offered me a sweeter deal that included fruit, pretzels and cookies! Yummy... I'm sure my uncle, the patient, will be pleased with the selection Matt helped me choose. Thank you Matt and Edible Arrangements for making my ordering experience so easy!
