Checked the hours online and it said they open at 11:00 so I drive all the way there and get there at 11:55 to find the doors locked and signs on the door saying they open at 11. While trying the door the employee inside just stares. If you say your open then be open. Very annoying

Overpriced for the quality & quantity of the food and the service.

My friends and I have been here several times; and while the service might have been slow the food was always really good. Until this time. My friend and I went on New Year's Day and our waitress informed us the brunch menu was not available. We asked about the charcuterie board and she said it was not available. Even though it was on the brunch menu. She did not know what the quiche of the day is. We decided to try the deviled eggs. They were runny and had red pepper flakes and radish on top of them. We tried one and they were rancid and disgusting, I thought I was going to get sick. I don't even know how those are on the menu. On to my friend's order, the croissant benedict with no hollandaise sauce. Burger for me. Easy enough. Her food came out covered in hollandaise sauce. It was sent back and brought back with nothing but ham. Sigh. I tried my burger which was two very thin patties and it was inedible. It was like they had some frozen beef patties and warmed them up. By the time they brought out the croissant benedict again, it still wasn't right. We asked to remove the deviled eggs and burger from the check which they did. However the manager never came over to apologize, which is the least we expected. Or maybe a free dessert. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, felt sick from the one deviled egg we tried, and will never return. We know the one in Plano is good and will try the one in Richardson. I don't know how this place stays in business with their terrible food.
