Two options when dining. Order of the menu like normal or get the special (All You Can Eat). If you go for the special it almost like a buffet but they are made to your personal order. Don't order too much at once because you will be charged for left overs and no to go with this option of dining. Order as many times as you like. If I could leave one star I would. To start off the sprite was literally carbonated water Dr Pepper was flat. They went to "fix" it after bringing to their attention. They brought back fresh drinks and they were still not flavored, they are so stingy with their syrup. Then the teriyaki chicken was not chicken, cheap and flavorless. Sushi was plain, cucumbers were extremely hard. All in all they do not use fresh quality products.

Ordered via Uber Eats to Marriott at Hobby. Best delivered Sushi I have ever had. Will definitely revisit Edo Japan whenever I am back in the area.
