This place is the spot, or used to be, super chill dive bar and down to earth staff and they got a food truck in the back porch. There was a time when the parking lot could've used some heavy work but it seems like they're getting it done steadily. There's always a different vibe when I go there, sometimes western, sometimes jazzy, sometimes 80's metal, sometimes punk... etc, but I've been a regular here for years and they have upgraded big time, although I do miss the old vibe sometimes, it seems like they put a few plywood's together to build a stage and call themselves a music venue, so now they're charging Midtown prices for drinks that used to be $4, paid $28 for two (2) jack and cokes last weekend, I thought I was hearing things but nah she was like "yep, it's on the screen" hahaha.. so pretty badass place but probably won't be going back in a while, so long ojey had a blast with ya. Most dive bars do stick to their essence though so I wonder if there is new management or something, I know the old manager would never allow their bartenders to charge $28 for 2 drinks lmao

Love this place :) my bf introduced this bar to me a while back and loved it since. Good music, cheap drinks. Super close to home. What else can u ask for?

If you're looking for a place to get terrible remarks made about the people in your party, by the bartenders after you've walked away, and terribly mixed drinks, look no further. I've gone to this place three times over the past month and a half with two separate groups (one group went twice to see if the service was any better). Both parties agreed they consistently had a bad time because of the service/products offered. The bartenders couldn't stop staring and making hateful remarks to my friend. The remarks were slanderous to those in the LGBTQIA+ community, which is odd because the bartenders were commenting as if they are also in the community. In addition, there is a group of regulars. The regulars, whose group is mixed in with the bartenders, are all in a clique and WILL NOT step outside their high school style circle the entire night literally blocking most of the walkway, which is tiny already. Pool table was always malfunctioning and the bartenders couldn't be bothered to help you. I get it. They shouldn't have to deal with a messed up pool table on a dead Monday night, or even a busy Friday or Saturday night (these are the nights I went) then that means that management or the owners need to hear the complaints of the patrons, or staff, and fix the issue. Their fountain mixers don't mix properly. The syrup and carbonation is off. It's just a bad time. Save yourself a bad night, money, and the trouble.
