OMG!!! My new addiction... All I can say is WOW, YUMMY & I devoured every bite... The 2 employees working that day were super professional & went the extra mile by bringing me my food (parked outside downtown) Can't afford a damn ticket BUT will most definitely be returning soon; like once I'm showered & b4 i head off 2 work 2day soon

Everything about this place is pretty good just wish they had chicken bagel sandwiches like the old chicken donut place that someone shut down

I was excited to see Einstein Bros. Bagels in the hotel, rather than your typical Starbucks. The storefront is decently sized and offers lots of options, including a variety of drinks, granola bars, and pre-made items you can "grab-and-go" so it looks like you can quickly get some food but that is not at all the case. The problem is the ultra-slow payment process. Since I was in town for a busy conference, I ended up stopping by Einstein both during the morning rush and after some late night networking events. The line in the morning was out to door, so understandably slow, but I was surprised that we had to wait almost 15 minutes to even get to the register with only two people ahead of us at night and all we wanted to buy was a bottle of water! Of course, there were less employees during the night shift but there could definitely be more efficiency. Rather than taking one order and both employees going back to prepare the food, they probably could have split up and at least asked the next customers if they were placing an order or only purchasing the items in their hands to speed things along. Other than the struggles with service, the bagels were pretty fresh and the nova lox sandwich I ordered was on par.
