El Chico Cafe is always a great time. The food was great and not very expressive. My girlfriend had the Chicken Quesadilla which was outstanding. I had the Spinach Quesadilla customized, with added Chicken to put a zany twist on a classic. Or service was exceptional. Our server was excellent, it was her Birthday and she was very informative, polite, and patient. Thank you to the El Chico Cafe staff Y'all are great from front to back. We will be dining at this location many more times in the future....
