We were craving some tacos and came across this place on our way home and well it turned out to be very bad overall. The amount of meat is more like a dash of meat with poor quality, and more of a cilantro taco with it covering the whole tortilla. I ordered traditional carnita tacos, with cilantro and onions. But what I got was very small, very bland and tasteless carnitas, with loads amount of cilantro and a dash of onions. Was told the seafood here is great so stopped by.  We were not disappointed!  The food is inexpensive and super tasty.   The mocajete Caliente has beef, chicken, chorizo, 4 giant prawns, crab, fish, and a very nicely roasted cactus. The meats are tender and flavorful.  The fish, breaded and friend but in a sauce where we thought might be soggy but it was super tender and moist.   Eat with you hands but you can ask for utensils is needed.  Bus your own table when done.  Food is really great and the price is awesome.  Only took out a star because it isn't as clean as lots of places during this time and some tables were just cleaned by the patrons who left and people sat in.   Definitely will be back to try the whole fish.  Looked really good on the other table and was le...

Okay so 3 years ago I posted about how good this taqueria was. And really it was at some point not be mean or anything but the last times I actually went to el chino taqueria in Hillsboro the service was horrible. They took for ever to prepare the food. The food was still overpriced. I only go to this place for two things. Sopes and the fish this. There are far better options in town for Mexican food.
