Órale Albuquerque! Menudo? Dude, there are only a couple places in the 505 worth visiting for this weekend favorite. Of all the places, El Dorado Bakery, a staple of Broadway, is at the top of my list. The menudo is incredibly flavorful, rich with spices and meat. The hominy is delicate, but not too mushy. It melts in your mouth. Yes, there will be the occasional bone or two...or five, but no seas codo, that's what makes the experience so amazing!
