Soggy food, $14.50 for a silver margarita (came tasting like straight sour mix), $8.75 for an extra shot of tequila to put in, $5 for a small side of guac, and a server that wanted nothing to do with answering any questions about poor quality food and drinks. El Fogon has never disappointed us. Over the weekend I ate here with a friend, and ordered something I'd never had before, the Armando special. It's the same perfect little twists of chicken breast, on a bed of rice with white queso on top. (See photo) It could have used more flavor, but there was a handy bottle of Cholula nearby. One of my partner and I favorite places to stop for a nice meal. There menu selection is huge and they are affordable.. I only wish the salsa was a bit spicer.. other than that I always leave with food to take home and that makes me happy..
