Family restaurant… Locally owned… Affordable… And Hella yummy. They have all the classic hits. My stomach whispers their name every time I’m hungry.

I have not had good Mexican styled food since leaving the Bay Area in Northern California.  I had been worried that I would never find a place until coming across El Gallito last night.  From the moment we parked and entered into the restaurant the whole experience was quite pleasant and most relaxing.   We were greeted by a charming host who instructed us to sit anywhere and at the time the place was pretty empty so we found a nice window seat.  Our waiter greeted us promptly and took our beverage order.  It was nice to find the prices were fair and the Margaritas substantial.  The menu was simple and which made selecting items easy.  The food arrived still nice and hot, beautifully plated and was very tasty.. By the time we finished our meals, the restaurant had filled up with more patrons.  .   Covid-19 protocols were in place, patrons were spread out and overall everything was quite pleasing and comfortable.  I highly recommend El Gallito.
