Excellent service. Food was ok, but not spectacular. Very little seasoning for a Mexican restaurant.

Take it from a native Texan, you will not find a better place to enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine than at El Molcajete! Of all the places I've tried in Iowa, only this place had me come back a second time and for good reason! They are from Jalisco, Mexico! Family operated, this restaurant offers up the very best! I almost thought I was at Mi Tierra's in SA! You really need to eat here!
