Excellent chicken enchiladas! Every dish I've tried has been above par and extremely fresh. The only complaint is the salsa. Although fresh and very flavorful, the heat level is like a volcano. I can barely take one bite because it's so spicy. They need to cut the number of jalapenos they are using by 3/4. It's unbearable. If not for the inedible salsa, they'd get 5 stars from me.

Love, love El Paraiso Mexican Cafe. Was on Fairview for many years. Food still fabulous. True Tex-mex, no frills, just delicious. Margaritas still as potent!!
