The horchata is bomb... i usually i go buy only that.. since we go to pizzaria next door since 2008.. this place will do good there

We ordered a sea food and fajita platter. The pieces were cut like for little kids. The lobster tail was under cooked everything was super salty we also ordered pupusas and I could not for the life of me find taste in it , every little thing was a disappointment. AND there was also nats around us. Never again..

Customer service is horrible! So I placed an order for pickup, arrived to pick up and was told that it had been cancelled because I didn't show up in time. Well, when I placed my order this was never expressed to me. Then, the worker told me that the restaurant had called me before the order was cancelled and that was not the case. I showed her my phone and indicated I never got a call from the restaurant. The previous time I placed an order, I got here on time and they had forgotten about my order and I had to wait 30 minutes. It seems that there is no correct way to place a to go order with this establishment. I kindly request that El Picocito do better!!
