Got a burrito and there wasn't really much cheese or avocado in it like the menu suggested. It was hard to understand the drive thru attendant due to the speaker quality.

I hope corporate received this message. We are great customers of El Pollo Loco Agoura on Kanan,(CA) On Dec 24th we went through the drive through. Our order took much longer than expected and when Hendric came to the window to apologize he told us he and a couple of people were the only ones working because all the other employees had not shown up. He was running around trying to help everyone. I asked him why he didn't close or stop taking orders and he said because people need their dinner and I will do everything possible to get it to them. Wow! I wish I had been the CEO on Undercover Boss. This is an employee that truly cares about others and about your company. He was willing to work with a skeleton crew just to make sure clients had their dinner. Thank you Hendric for showing us what real integrity and work ethic looks like!
