Chicken dry and hard in el pollo bowl, lobby was so cold we changed our order to go instead of eating inside. They forgot to include the tortilla that come w the combo. At this location the combo is $6.75 although the same meal st other locations is $5.00.

I ordered two piece to go. Salsa bar was closed. I asked cashier for Pico de Gallo and Red (House) Salsa. I was told I can only have one Red and one Green (which is Avacado based Salsa). At the pickup window I again asked the person (a different employee) to exchange Green one for Red to no avail. Employees at this location are abrupt and unflinching. Mash Potatoes gravy was massively inadequate. I was definitely dealing with a dictatorship with toatl disregard for customers.Prices were changed with the marker pen on menu board mounted behind cashier. A $5 bowl was now $6.75. I think this pricin may be unique to this location. The raise in pricing is many fold more than inflation.

Super overpriced location clearly the owner needs to rethink the prices. Christmas hot chocolate is $2. 30 at this location excepts EBT no wonder nobody wants to shop here regular L Pollo Locos hot chocolate $1. 99 insanely overpriced. Do not recommend coming to this location. Clearly there’s price gouging going on here I love el pollo loco but these prices are outrageous. Due to the price it’s a one star otherwise I have no complaints.
