Placed an order online for curb-side pickup and arrived to pick-up. Followed the text-message prompts and even called the store multiple times (call went to an automated voice mail). I sat parked in the designated curb-side pickup location (along with 4~6 other cars) for 15 minutes while I saw employees go in/out of the restaurant. Finally, I get out, walk up to the restaurant, and see a hand-written note stating they are closed early.Forget getting ANY support from corporate. I reached out to them 3 times and have yet to receive any response. I had to call my bank to cancel their transaction. What else can be written about El Pollo Loco. It's chicken, fast. I prefer it over a fast food burger, and the bowls are pretty good. Some days though, they run out of chicken, hence the 3 stars. The line is almost always long, which means a lot of people are choosing EPL over the burger place next door. But sometimes, the line is long because it takes a while to get the food. Don't know what that's about. Maybe people are ordering special things, I know I do. I do come here because it's a drive through and it's close to home.
