So incredibly slow and the employees don't care I've been waiting curbside for an order I placed 30 mins ago and got a confirmation when I got here 20 mins ago that it'd be right out Decided to wait to post until I get my order, took 25 minutes from when I checked in when I got here. To add insult to injury, got home to find Mac and cheese rather then mashed potatoes and gravy that I ordered Someone at corporate needs to step in Response to Jessica B from El Pollo Loco: Jessica B - I submitted this review it's up to you to get your store and employees inline. I'm not going to do anything further with this than not coming back to this facility. Forward this thread to the appropriate party I'm sure they would be upset to see how people feel about this facility.
