I ordered from the El Pollo Loco app for curbside service. When I got home, I noticed the churros that I ordered was missing. I looked on my receipt to verify if I was charged and the charge for the churros was on the receipt for $2.29 (not including sales tax). I called the store during business hours to notify them of my missing item as soon as I verified my valid claim, but there was no answer.
