Love this place been going to this restaurant since I was a kid in Cali. Taco Tuesday is my favorite day to get the $1 . They are soooo good.

Remember when $11 use to buy a decent meal. I bought the half chicken and what I received were 4 of the most puny pieces of chicken. The meat was tough and mostly bone. Couldn't even get tortillas because they were out and I guess they didn't bother to make more. No wonder pollo loco never has a line. I think from now on I'll just go to sprouts or whole foods and buy a whole rotisserie chicken and have money to spare. The meat I got maybe amounted to one or two descent pieces of chicken. Just pathetic

My daughter and myself came to el pollo loco tonight and Gabrielle was amazing. We were completely indecisive, she walked us through the menu and told us some of her favorites. She was so sweet and patient!! We will definitely be back for your delicious bowls! Thank you!
