So the lady at the window asked if I wanted the chicken chipotle burrito I said no I want the chicken avocado one she said okay sorry and then gave me the wrong one… I get home and notice this and try to call the manger hangs up the phone I call back they hang up again I call back and they unplugged the phone went straight to voicemail would NEVER go back

I have resisted writing this review because I LOVE El Pollo Loco, in particular this location but things did not go so well on my last visit. It was a Sunday, late afternoon and it wasn't busy. I placed my order and waited in the curbside for over 25 minutes. I thought it odd , this place is usually fast. I finally tried to call, no answer. So I go to the drive through and tell them I have been waiting. I am directed to pull up to the window. There seem to be a lot of employees all in a hive looking around confused. Finally, 2 young men who can best be described as Bill and Ted come to window and sort of throw my food at me. The only thing missing was a " here's your food, get moving". I start to check my order and am told it's correct, like I'm some kind of idiot for checking. I then say, I sat at Curbside for 25 minutes and you don't answer your phone. I was told "we can't...
