worst el polo loco I have ever been too, the staff doesnt pay attention, they always mess up the order and they always seem to be out of salsa but they dont tell you untill after you pay.

Excellent service at Rio Rancho Rd.Pomona,Ca. location. Staff prepared my ordered the way l liked it. Excellent menu selection and healthy food choices. Once again staff was very helpful and friendly. Always recheck your order before you leave. Suggestion only. I also noticed customers in the restaurant.

I've ordered postmates from them before and half the items I ordered weren't there. I stupidly decided to order from there again. The chips and salsa that came with the order was missing. The salsa that came with the order was missing, and The dressing that came with the salad was missing. The driver actually messaged me while in drive thru to let me know they were taking a while so I asked him to make sure they give me extra avocado salsa and EXTRA dressing for the salad.
