Just walked in here wasn't addressed for 10 minutes. Mind you there was at least 7 people working. They looked me and my family in the face and never said a word until I had to peak my head behind the counter and say hello I need to place a order. I decided to not even order and leave. This store has to be the worst El Pollo Loco! They always run out of food and are so rude. Today I went around 6pm and they had no chicken and no nacho chips. They did not give us any alternatives like a wait time or anything. I asked one of the workers a question he looked me dead in my face, ignores me and walks away.
