Overall, an OK experience. The store is clean although I did not see any hand sanitizer. The staff was friendly. The wait wasn't too long. They got most of the order correct but did miss out on a few small details. Overall the food was ok. Their RBC burrito, while not bad, wasn't exactly delicious. BEWARE!!! El Pollo Loco has changed!!!! I have been to SEVERAL locations and it's all the same problem. NO WHITE MEAT IN CHICKEN TACOS, or NACHOS. They give you dried up crumbles of dark meat from the bottom of the pan!!!! The pictures on line for these items, show big chunks of white neat, and I remember getting it that way! If you can't afford to put the white chunks of chicken in anymore, at least take the photos off the internet and drop the price if you are going to cut corners!!
