In the mid-80's I used to eat at El Pollo Norteno in Santa Barbara on Milpas street. I know there's still one up in Oxnard and Santa Maria. I loved their chicken, beans and salsa. We used to eat there 3 or 4 times/ week. Does anyone know: Are the Orange County locations related to the ones up north?
