In fifteen years I have lived in the United States, I have never had Mexican this good that reminds me of home. This restaurant made me feel like I was eating my grandmas home cooking. The mole enchiladas, the Gordita and the Sincronizada are some of my childhood dishes my mom and grandma would always cook for my siblings and I. Coming to this restaurant really brought back many happy childhood memories from back home in Querétaro. The owner definitely made the environment a great place to hang out, it was great to talk to him and learn his history and the restaurants history. I definitely recommend coming to El Quetzal. Amazing place, I will come here on my next trip to Seattle.
