My husband and I are out on the town and while walking on the Richmond river walk we stopped in to get a drink and found the coolest spot. it is called So Taco Loco. It is connected to the RVA theater. The RVA theater used to he call the Hat Factory and now it is called the RVA theater. It is way cool they have wonderfully fantastic bands. Come on all you got to check it out. We had a blast!
