I made a reservation for my mother's birthday it was a party of 7. We got there 10 minutes before our reservation time. It still took 15 minutes to seat us even though they were not that busy. Plenty of open tables we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks and ordered our food at the same time 1hr later after our arrival we still hadn't received our food or the second set of drinks we ordered. I was very disappointed we walked out. I paid for what I consumed. The manager (or acting manager) was clueless to what was going in that he was trying to charge me for all the food and the drinks we had ordered. He was under the impression that we had already eaten because I had told him that we had already been there over an hour. He offered a small discount which wasn't much compared to the time we wasted just sitting there waiting for the order. I still paid them 30 bucks for two beers a couple lemonade and a few sodas. Had the management been better trained at least that would have been compt for the wasted time and they wouldn't have lost a good customer.

I had the Queso and the Diablo tacos. The queso I was not a fan of. I've had better queso from a can. I don't suggest it. The daiblo tacos were so good that I still ratedthe places a 4 star. Would go back for just the tacos and margaritas

Went here for the 67th anniversary and boy was it fun!!! The Mariachi Band was amazing, the decorations were so beautiful, and the ballon artist were a nice touch! All the managers were amazing and friendly especially Cesar!!! He is probably one of the best GMs I’ve ever met so personable and friendly! Our server was killer and so attentive, never let our drinks go empty and recommended all the best dishes!!!! WillDefiantly be back, I wish I could remember his name but he’s only been here for a month and from Catalina!!! Great service! Thank you El Torito Anahiem
