What a lovely place to dine, good food and friendly staff made our visit special. As a side note, being from Louisiana, and having some Acadian ancestry, I can tell you that there is no such thing as a "Cajun grilled cheese sandwich", no such thing as "Cajun butter" either.

We ate dinner and breakfast here. Dinner was fair. Was quite expensive for what you get. I have eaten at alot of top flight steakhouses, and $50, you should get a top flight steak. Our tables strip and ribeye were just ok. The pork porthouse was the best thing we had. Breakfast was far better. I had the Huveous Ranchero and it was great! All in all a really cool place, but very pricey.

El Tovar Restatant Is located on South Rim, in the majestic Grand Canyon. El Tovar is housed in an amazing building, rustic and rich in historic, beautiful decorated with large scenes of Native American life. Its an amazing experience to have a meal overlooking the Grand Canyon in a such classic rustic setting. I had breakfast at this awesome place. I order the huevos rancheros, which came with blue tortilla topped with a spicy red chile, black beans sweet potatoes which were unexpected, and delicious. The price for breakfast was a little a little expensive, you are paying for the view great food and great service. The Staff for the El Tovar Dining Room were friendly and professionals, these days with the shortage of staff was delighted that they were there and extremely kind. Keep in mind that this a popular spot get there early or make a reservation.Should find yourself in the amazing location, having a meal overlooking the Grand Canyon is a wonderful experience with a great cup of coffee.
