Our father-daughter tradition is to stop in to Element 47 on our way into Aspen each summer. The salmon Caesar salad and lavender cosmo never disappoint! This time I decided to branch out and try the cobb - what a disappointment! Considering the salads are around $30, there should be no question of their quality... The dressing was extremely bitter and the avocados weren't ripe. Our waiter this time was rather inattentive, as well. Several other waiters had to stop by to assist us as Shaun was not always there when we needed him. Austin, on the other hand, was phenomenal! Overall, we're definitely keeping this tradition going,...
