This Thai restaurant is absolutely the worst! Food is terrible, service is subpar. I was visiting Richmond on a business trip, after reading a few mixed reviews, I decided to give it a shot. There were 2 older folks working that evening, both of them barely speak english but could communicate, even though it was hard to place my very simple order of Tum Yum and Pineapple fried rice, after a few tries they said they got it. When the lady went to check me out while the guy was making the terrible food, I tried to remind her that I ordered extra rice so not to forget to charge me for it. She immediately got frustrated with me and basically said she didn't understand why I was interrupting her..?? I was beyond dumbfounded because I was just trying to ensure she didn't give me food without charging me for it. At any rate, the shrimp tasted like...

The worse I have ever been too. Nothing but noodles and I asked for extra vegetables. Literally two slices of green pepper and I seriously had to cook MY OWN vegetables to add into it. Can’t believe it! I would have take it back if it wasn’t flooding outside. Won’t ever return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Sunday around 5pm for takeout and when I arrived the "open" sign was off and the lights were off. I sat outside for a few minutes peering in and saw no one inside. Figuring the order would probably get canceled, I left and placed an order with a different Thai place that was open. Today I called Yelp to follow up on a refund. They called me back saying they contacted the owner and she insisted they were open. I then called the restaurant, and again, she insisted they were open on Sunday at 5pm. I walked over to ask her in person and yet again she lied and said the lights and open sign were on. I don't even care about the food or refund, but more so care about being blatantly lied to. If they were open they must have been hiding in the kitchen (which was also dark). Plenty of great Thai restaurants elsewhere in Richmond. Visit one of those!
