We had a group gathering here and it was a good experience. The staff was amazing! The food was really good. I thought the salads were a bit small and the fish and chips could have been less soggy, but overall everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress, Emily, was quick and efficient. Our drinks stayed full and she was attentive. She rallied everyone to sing happy birthday to my dad which was a nice touch! We were grateful we could make a reservation in the back room with the fireplace. Elmers has a nice hometown diner atmosphere.

Not the place to go with kids. Multiple employees were rude when my child cried because he hit his lip on the table and his tooth made him bleed.Will not be returning.

We were looking for a light dinner after a long day on the road. A search showed good reviews for Elmer's and it was close to the hotel. The parking lot could use some maintenance but it is about average for a city that has winters like Pocatello. My first thought as I walked in was: Do I really want to eat here. A second look told me that the restaurant was clean and well maintained. We wanted breakfast at 6:00 PM and the food was exactly what we wanted. (I really like restaurant...
