Wanted a great meal and some ambiance - haven't been to Embers since before the pandemic. Was told then that they were expanding and remodeling Embers. I was excited to visit again.Embers is now downstairs in the old Tiwa buffet location by the hotel. If you have never visited Embers Steakhouse before, the open & visible floor plan would probably seem ok.But I miss the private setting & the upscale decor & the patio balcony & the big bar as well as the water & fire decor features. We really enjoyed our dinner. Got a rib eye and shrimp scampi. Everything was delicious. The service was great.
