Came during league night on a Wednesday and all lanes were booked. there was a 40 minute wait but thankfully they had a full bar and kitchen available. A little pricey for the food and a few misteps but I would definitely say good customer service considering the volume of people. Overall had great experience, the group i came with had a fun time and we would most likely return but on a less busy night.!

I had a great time on Sunday however, Saturday was somewhat pricey because you pay by the hour rather than per game..I did get to know the Attendant who was really a nice guy.He took a personal interest in our needs which made our experience nice both days.

This bowling location has been around for many years! After 18+ years since my last visit (since I moved to another city), they have done a wonderful job with the upkeep of the location and good customer service!I must say I was also pleased to see the amount of guest respectfully wearing mask!Great job Emerald Bowl!
