I'm not usually a fan of Italian, but Emilia is an exception.We started with the focaccia and calamari, both of which were tasty. We also got the arrugala salad for the table. It was noteworthy as the arrugala was locally sourced..The gnocchi was handmade and paired with a wonderfully spicy red sauce. My wife had the carbonara,. It was excellent as well.The wine list, while not extensive, was very good.The wait staff was attentive and helpful.This is arguably the best Italian cuisine in Knoxville.
