Bland, Their dining room is not open so we had carryout in the car. We drove more than an hour from home.I love Cincinnati Chili and have almost tried all the varieties. I really wanted to like Empress because it is said to be the original. The chili was greasy, spaghetti and beans were tasteless. I'm sure it used to be better.

I picked up Empress Chili today, It didn’t taste like it normally does. Did they change there cook or what? No chili powder flavor
