Empress Chinese Restaurant. Not very "empress-ive". The guy at the front could careless about the job he has. There is a chime at the entrance. You open the door and it chimes. I walk in, don't see anybody till I get almost to the other side of the place. He's sitting watching something on his phone. He didn't look up until I said something. Almost like I was bothering him by trying to place an order he says "yes?". The food after taking it back it finally came out ok. Why have someone who doesn't know much about that type of food and shows more interest to what's on his phone than the customer, work there?
